Truxload Dispatch was built by people who spent years around trucking watching good drivers get stuck with bad rates, buried paperwork, and dispatchers who cared more about volume than the person on the other end of the phone. We started Truxload to do it differently: real dispatchers, real relationships, and rates negotiated like it's our own truck on the line.

Today we work with box trucks, hot shots, semis, reefers, flatbeds, car haulers, and intermodal carriers across all 48 states but the approach hasn't changed. Every carrier gets a dispatcher who knows their lanes, not a call queue.
